Forty-seven (47) photographs and thirty-five (35) postcards (mostly dupes) of El Fureidis interiors and exteriors from the time period (1956-?) of ownership by J. Benedict "Ben" and Elizabeth Boon Hughey. Also includes one (1) Montecito Creek Water Company pamphlet (1956) and two (2) boat theme Christmas cards. Some photos feature Lisa and Boon Hughey as children growing up at El Fureidis in the 1960s.
