These 184 electronic files, extracted from 98 one quarter-inch reel-to-reel magnetic tapes, represent the earliest audio recordings made by the Santa Barbara Historical Museum.

Primarily 8" x 10" black and white prints of architectural and scenic images, the collection also contains signed oversize and hand-tinted color photographs.
