Scope Note: El Fandango was an annual Fiesta party from 1941 to 1978 held at El Paseo Restaurant in which attendees were urged to wear Fiesta costumes. The party was organized by the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce until about 1967 when the Santa Barbara Board of Realtors took over sponsorship.
