Abstract

The Santa Barbara Legacy Motion Picture Film Collection is a compilation of moving image films from various donors documenting the history of, and life in, Santa Barbara County. These films have been digitized through the auspices of the California Revealed Digitization and Preservation Assistance program that helps California’s heritage organizations reformat and preserve materials of local historical significance and contribute to an understanding of the history of California and its people.

Digitized 16mm films are organized chronologically within a single series:

1) Old Spanish Days Fiesta, 1933-1946
