Nineteen (19) snapshot size photographs, many with captions on verso, taken or collected by Ellen Cummings on the grounds of multiple Montecito estates and Santa Barbara. Ellen Cummings, the donor's grandmother, worked as a servant for a wealthy family and knew others like her, thus providing Cummings with access to several estates in Santa Barbara and Montecito.
