Four (4) unique photos of the Santa Barbara Earthquake aftermath taken by Harold Rhoades, who visited Santa Barbara at the time. Hotel Californian and Arlington Hotel are identifiable. One (1) additional photo, along with a duplicate, of crowds along shoreline of Avalon Bay, Santa Catalina Island with Sugarloaf Rock in the background. Photos are mislabeled as "Santa Barbara, 1923." Clues in photo date it between 1914-1918.
