Gift of Charles Howe. The couple in the portraits were the donor's grandparents. Donor commented that the portraits were passed down through the family. Charles Howe's mother was born in 1878 and raised in Santa Barbara. Mr. Howe, the donor, was born in Los Angeles in 1916.
