Biography
Tom Arnold lived in Santa Barbara from 1954 to 1967 and was active with the Federated Sportsmen, the Winchester Canyon Rifle Club and the Montecito Garden Club. He lived on Mountain Drive in the 1950s, was an amatuer photographer, and was responsible for the photography in Bobby Hyde's book, Six More At Sixty. In letters to the editor, Arnold signed his name with the title, Lt. Col., inferring he may have been retired U.S. military.
