Three black cardboard portfolios, 18" x 14", containing pen and ink drawings by Charles Wendell, c. 1940. The document from Clerk States that various court documents that consist of maps of Santa Barbara City and County, photos, written material dating back to 1880's were also included. (See Santa Barbara Historical Society Library, accession numbers not available.)
