The Mesa Paper was a one-woman show, published monthly by Alice San Andres-Calleja, using Adobe InDesign and sending a finished PDF to the printer. San Andres-Calleja personally delivered every issue to news stands. During its run San Andres-Calleja interviewed 500 neighbors for the paper.
