Pen, printed on pen "The President -- The White House" 6.25" long; in original "Esterbrook Desk Pen" box; Accompanying note on White House notepaper: "On June 30, 1948, President Harry Truman used this pen to sign the Appropriations Bill to begin work on Cachuma Dam.
