SEWER MAP of City of Santa Barbara (undated). This map is a rolled linen (approximately 48-inches long and 66 inches wide). It was prepared to show the general location, depth and plan reference data relating to the City's sewer pipeline system, and periodically, during an undetermined period of time, this map was annotated to reflect various changes in the sewer system. STATE ROUTES MAP of City of Santa Barbara (undated). This map is a rolled paper linen-reinforced map (approximately 48- inches lone and 66-inches wide). It shows various streets, highways and transportation systems within the City. Periodically, the map was annotated and colored to reflect various changes.

RIGHTS RESERVED BY DONOR. 1. The above described Sewer Map and the State Routes Map shall each remain available for inspection and use by the City if Santa Barbara (Donor). its officers, agents, employees and consultations, including the irrevocable right by the Donor to copy or transcribe any data shown thereon. Such inspections may reasonable occur at any time, and from time to time, during the regular business hours of the Santa Barbara Historical Museum operated by the Santa Barbara Historical Society. 2. The above Sewer Map and the State Routes Map shall each remain permanently in the custody of the Santa Barbara Historical Society. If the possession of either map, or both, Shall be proposed by the Santa Barbara Historical Society to be assigned to any other entity, the City of Santa Barbara (Donor) shall have the irrevocable and reasonable right to be notified of such intent, in advance, and to subsequently approve in writing their proposed assignment, or to retrieve them without compensation to the Santa Barbara Historical Society. 3. Either the above Sewer Map not the State Routes Map may be intentionally destroyed. If either map, or both, shall be scheduled for possible destruction, the City of Santa Barbara (Donor) shall be notified of such intent, and the City hereby reserves the irrevocable right to retrieve either or both the Sewer Map and the States Routes Map without compensation to the Santa Barbara Historical Society.
